Enjoy the owners of the Settlers Mountain private estate home. This home is well upgraded and equipped.  It sits on over an acre of manicured green grass with a creek running through the property.  When you arrive you will cross over a creek on a small bridge that opens to flat green space that is the delight of this property.  Enjoy from the porch the sound of the creek and a view of lush wooded Alarka ridge.  Available is your own private pavilion immediately behind the house for outdoor meals and a covered RV/ Boat storage garage.  

Front Porch
Your have a full front porch overlooking an expansive fresh mowed lawn with birds and flowers.  Sit back in the rockers and enjoy watching the hummingbirds and other native species feed at the feeders.  You may even see the deer feeding under the crab apple tree in the front yard.  This front porch gives you a great view of the surroundings.

Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms, with 2 queen beds and one full bed.  The master bedroom has its own full bath and walk in closet. Clean linens are included.

Has a gas BBQ grill and fire ring with Adirondack chairs

Bathroom
Both bathrooms have full size tub with shower. Clean towels are provided with body soap and shampoo conditioner.

Kitchen
Your fully equipped upgraded kitchen comes with granite counter tops and stainless appliances; dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware. You will find nothing lacking in this kitchen.

Laundry
Your laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Living Area
The whole home has hardwood floors and central A/C and heat. Enjoy free WIFI/ Internet TV, 42” Flat screen TV, DVD. There is a two lazy boy chairs and comfortable couch. Area seats six comfortably.

Dining Room
A rectangular table seats six and has a small desk right off the kitchen with WIFI.

  • Check-In: After 4:00pm | Check-Out: By 10:00am

  • You will be given specific self check-in instructions before you arrive at Settlers Mountain. Your new vacation home has everything you need for you and your family.

  • Occupancy is based upon number of beds per cabin. Your cannot exceed maximum occupancy without prior approval by management.

  • Cleaning Fee of $180.00 applies to all stays at Etta's House

  • 11 % Sales Tax applies to all stays.

  • REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY. A notice of cancellation or refunds will be based on the Evolve vacation rentals policy or the third party you are booking through. We recommend you use Evolve because you will save extra fees and have the most relaxed booking cancellation policy.

  • No refunds will be issued for early departure (including weather-related issues).

  • AGE POLICY. We maintain a family atmosphere to assure maximum enjoyment for all our guests. You must be 21 years or older to rent.

  • For the comfort of all our guests smoking is permitted outdoors only.

  • PETS. We are dog friendly, two dogs maximum per cabin with one pet fee per $100 per stay. Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds. Proper cleanup of pet waste is expected. Unattended dogs should be crated, and crates are available on a first serve basis
