The view will take your breath away…no kidding! This home has a Frank Lloyd Wright feel to it that perfectly blends itself with the environment. It overlooks seven mountain ranges, is constructed from local lumber and took over two years to build. You will be amazed at the detail to design and layout.

Porch and Deck
Your very large covered porch is located on the back of the house with an amazing view of the Smoky Mountains. Relax on four rocking chairs plus swing and table to enjoy watching the humming birds and other native species feed at the feeders. The deck continues around the house giving you a large viewing area of the Smokies. Gas BBQ grill on porch.

Master Suite
Your master suite is very spacious with its own private deck, high ceilings, hardwood floors, full size private bathroom, full size tub, shower and his and her sinks. Clean linens and towels are provided.

Bedrooms
On the second floor are two bedrooms with queen size beds. The floor plan is split giving privacy to each room. One room has a private balcony with mountain view and each room can look down upon the great room. Clean linens are included.

Great Room
Large picture windows surround a large stone fire place giving you a panoramic view while you enjoy free Wi-Fi / internet TV, DVD. This room has very high vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans. Hard wood floors throughout the house with central A/C and heat. Located between the open kitchen and great room is your dinning table that seats six.

Bathroom
There is a full size bathroom on second floor with tub, shower and two sinks,  and there is a half bath on the first floor along with full master bath in master suite. Clean towels are provided.

Kitchen
Your fully equipped kitchen comes with dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, garbage disposal, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware. This large kitchen has a view of the mountains and is open to the great room making it great for entertaining while you cook.

Laundry
Your laundry room comes equipped with washer, dryer and laundry tub.

Game Room
Your personal game room for the kids as well as the adults. A converted garage has ping pong, basket ball and other entertainment. Works well when you have that rainy day and need some space..

  • Check-In: After 4:00pm | Check-Out: By 10:00am

  • You will be given specific self check-in instructions before you arrive at Settlers Mountain. Your new vacation home has everything you need for you and your family.

  • Occupancy based upon number of beds per cabin. Your cannot exceed maximum occupancy without prior approval by management.

  • Cleaning Fee of $275.00 applies to all stays at View Point

  • 11% Sales Tax applies to all stays.

  • REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY. A notice of cancellation or refunds will be based on the Evolve vacation rentals policy or the third party you are booking through. We recommend you use Evolve because you will save extra fees and have the most relaxed booking cancellation policy.

  • No refunds will be issued for early departure (including weather-related issues).

  • AGE POLICY. We maintain a family atmosphere to assure maximum enjoyment for all our guests. You must be 21 years of age or older to rent.

  • For the comfort of all our guests smoking is permitted outdoors only.

  • PETS. We are dog friendly, two dogs maximum per cabin with one pet fee per $100 per stay. Pets are not allowed on furniture, including beds. Proper cleanup of pet waste is expected. Unattended dogs should be crated and crates are available on a first serve basis.
